They debit money from your account and they dont help you or update you with anything, can you please refund my money because your agents dont help for ****, but you still deduct money from my account, and cancel that stupid debit order.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Our name should have been cleared by october/nov 2025 but nothing everytime they have a new story we are over this then they still bill you a monthly admin fee but what admin they are not doing anything. i am thinking this is a ****ming company .
