Day light *******

On the 03rd of May 2024 I made a payment of R3000 to enroll for the Assessor course. They were difficulties for the college to confirm the start date to attending classes, there was no clear communication. Due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the entire course and ask for a refund since I never attended any classes. Month end of May I tried calling the College to inform them that I won't be attending classes anymore and ask for a refund but I could not hold of them. I then sent an email on the 03.06.2024 requesting a refund and sent proof of payment, I only got a reply on the 06.06.2024 stating that; they will make payment on the last day of the month and that they will deduct 15% for charges and they did not explain what are those charges for. Today is the 02.06.2024, I haven't received my money, I tried calling and emailing the lady who is in charge but I am not getting any reply. Please help expose them
