Bad workmanship

I saw this company boards advertising on the Robots in my area, so requested a quote.A guy by the name off Israel came to see me.He quoted me on Taring my whole yard.I excepted the quote.The company completed the job,Israel the owner gave me a 5 year guarantee on the job for any workmanship faults.The next day it rained.I found water standing in a few places in my yard and the tar was starting to sink.I called the owner \Israel"and told him what the problem was.He set up a few appointments with but never showed up.Now he refuses to take my calls.Just a warning to people out there"
