Challenging Partnership for a Small Service Provider

Our experience with ISF has been nothing short of devastating. As a small security company contracted to support one of their Eskom-related projects, we worked diligently and with integrity — only to be met with delays, broken promises, and non-payment.

Repeated assurances regarding our invoices were made, only to be followed by silence or excuses. Our guards — who put their lives on the line — were left unpaid and exposed to dangerous situations because ISF refused to uphold their contractual obligations. Even more concerning, there were instances of false proof of payment being sent, which calls the company's ethics into serious question.

This has caused severe operational setbacks, emotional distress for our staff, and financial strain that no honest service provider should ever face.

We urge ISF to reflect on how they treat their service providers, especially small black-owned companies trying to grow in a tough economy.
