ISCratch - Mobile Light Accident Repairs has damaged my vehicle
<p>My vehicle had a small 5cm scratch which i wanted repaired, Andre from iScratch quoted to do the repair, on the day he worked on it, before he left, we had a look there was a big halo over the area he worked on, he said not to worry it should dry out by the morning. the next morning i sent him pics of the halo that was still there aswell as lots of scratch marks from him sanding the door. He appologised and set another date to work on the vehicle a 2nd time.</p> <p> </p> <p>on the 2nd August he returned to repair his repair, when i went down to my vehicle he had already started working on it without talking to me 1st, he asured he would repair the damage. when he was done he left without us looking at the vehicle together. I had a quick look and it looked fine but in the morning when i had a good look in the light there were more of these fine scratch marks from where he was sanding the door ans well as tape marks and bad workmanship, overspray on my window. </p> <p> </p> <p>When i try call him he doesn't answer his phone day or night , when he does get back via sms he is rude and threatening. </p> <p> </p> <p>His webiste is a hoax it talks about 100% customer satisfaction and lifetime warrenties on his work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't want Andre to work on my vehicle a third time, he has had 2 oppertunites already. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have asked him kindly to return the money i paid him so i can put it towards getting the repair done profesionally, he refuses to do this saying he has spent to much time and money working on my vehicle and somehow he thinks he is doing me a big favour having worked on it twice which has resulted in further damge. </p> <p> </p> <p>All i wanted was a small 5cm scratch repaided and now I have basically paid Andre iScratch to damage my vehicle , i don't know how he thinks anyone would accept that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now being threatened by Andre for posting my objective review of his service and work online on a public platform.</p> <p> </p> <p>My next step is Court for the full damages to my vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
