Bad service

Hello On 12 October 2016 I emailed some legal documents to Iscor Employee Provident Fund regarding a claim. It has been over a year now of just me begging for feedback. They only tell me that their legal department is busy with it but no one contacts me or resolve this issue. IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM. And their lack of commitment to provide a good service to people is astounding.No feedback and no indications when this issue will be resolved. And it has been over a year now..
