Failure to ship my product.

Hello, I've bought a pair of shoe with this company, had to nag them for the shoe to be delivered. It was then delivered but I realized that it wasn't the right size, asked if I can return it and finally did. Sent the shoe through Paxi and it was collected on September 27th. I haven't heard from the guys since then and every time I try to communicate they ignore me. The number they displayed doesn't go through when I try to call them, there's actually no communication from them.
