Bad service

Last Sunday I ordered shoes from Iscathulo_SA and was told it would be delivered the following day since there was stock, Till today I haven't received my order, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy, his service after taking your money is appealing. My excitement for the shoes went outside the window, and I been asking for a refund since no services were rendered and they continue to ignore me on all platforms.
