Bad service

So I bought shoes in December and he sent the wrong size I returned it back and he promised to deliver the correct size so now we in March and he hasn't given us the replacement shoe his ignoring my calls and it was paid in full i mean im heavily pregnant now i have to go to Jozi central to find out what's going on im so mad at this Rhudzani guy
