VERY IMPRESSED

About six months ago we purchased an Isca Lerato kitchen sink mixer tap unit from Builder's Warehouse near The Glen. The spout had a leak after a few months, due to a small problem with the O-rings not seating nicely, and BW replaced the whole unit. Recently the tap set started gushing water out of the base of the spout again. I called Isca head office and they offered to come to my house to resolve the situation. They kept in touch well, made an appointment and kept to it, and fixed the problem on the spot in under ten minutes. I was honestly very impressed with their level of service. Thanks to Diego handling it all, and for coming out and making things right again.
