Isca Taps honour their warranty

<p>Some years ago I purchased an Isca basin mixer (pillar, lever type) from Plumblink, Pretoria. It started to leak at the pillar which was not caused by the cartridge. The salesman at Plumblink took my particulars and said he would bring it to the attention of Isca. Two days later I was called by the Isca rep (Gerald), who came to my house. After inspection Gerald replaced the tap as well as another one which had a minor leak. I was honestly very impressed with their level of service. I will never hesitate to buy any Isca product.</p>
