ISCA taps honored their guarantee

We have purchased ISCA roman pillar taps about 6 years ago. Recently, the chrome on one of the tap handles started to come off. As the taps have a 10 year guarantee I contacted Lixil, the manufacturer/distributor of the taps.

After a bit of a wait due to some administrative hassles on their side, a representative (Gerald) came out and replaced the handles (and also the rubber seals) without any trouble.
