Isca Taps do not uphold their 12 year warranty

Isca taps advertise their 12 yr warranty but do not uphold their policy. I complained about my taps being tarnished(losing its colour), I spoke to a salesman at Tile Africa, who reffered me to the Isca Rep, they came out to my house and viewed the taps, the guy that came out(Shaun), appeared to be helpful and said he will refer it to head office. When I called in the first two weeks they said they are testing my taps, I said to the lady, \you don't have my taps""; and according to their test report 25/2015; they approved Mr Muscle as a cleaner; remember; I was asked what cleaning agent I used... Their report test took 8 weeks; I have my taps for four years. Eventually they declined my request;saying there are some light scratches; I don't think anyone can purposely scratch out the colour;(remember; not all my taps are tarnished;but all have been treated with and cleaned in the same way). Very Bad service; I will not buy ISCA taps and will not recommend any one to buy them; when its time for the supposedly 12 year claim;it does'nt get honoured"""
