Selling Quality Product With Bad service

On 28jan 2021 I've ordered my self T-shirt@ Isave Online Store that cost R500,they were suppose to deliver it last week and they did'nt Now they are not Responding Text on WhatsApp,I'm worried cz is now Two week and nothing happed
