iSAT INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER - LTE ADVANCED - ********** PRACTICE NO COVERAGE!

Good afternoon

My son had registered a complaint about 10 days ago but still no response.

The complaint is with regard to a company called iSAT. They told us that we had coverage for wi-fi in our area and we took their word.

They deducted R507.93 on the 1st December (Ref iSAT iSAT NOV VAN350 ACC REPAY ********** 09) telephone number ********** 043 from my account.

We have not been able to get any signal and contacted them on about 5 occasions. Every time they asked us to check something else. Two of the people's names were Musa and Luiso - the others we did not record. Nobody ever returned our calls or emails....

We eventually were told that we do not have coverage!!!!! and this is after we were assured that we had coverage in our area....We received the sim card and lo and behold - NO COVERAGE!!!

We have asked for our money back but also as yet nothing!

Can HelloPeter perhaps help with this - do you perhaps have the MD's contact details or what do you suggest?
