ISAT HOLDING UP BANK OTP

I have been with ISAT for about thirty years .. suddenly they have been unable to get emails to me for THREE DAYS. Now they say prob. sorted and it was caused by their supplier but I still cannot get my bank OTP.so I cannot order food from Woolworths, or pay any accounts - as bank requires an OTP. The last OTP arrived 7 hours after it was requested.

ISAT must definitely sort out its problem FAST........
