DONT KEEP TO PROMISE

The upload/download speed rain promise is suppose to be 10MBPS. After several speed test its less than 0.5 kbps. I bought a bran new router with upload 50 and download 150 MBPS.

I test the speed with my Vodacom sim in router and the average speed was 14MBPS.

I emailed RAIN several times for support with zero response from them.

I will never recommend RAIN as a service provider.
