Caution - No payment before part of work is delivered

In August 2021 I made contact with Rob Ridout and we talked about the packages he offered. I settled on the international branding package going for 23000 which we agreed to be split into three payments. I paid the first instalment of 7600. Fast forward four months down the line, I had still not received any work on my CV or part of what was to be delivered. Mid Dec they sent me a CV which was merely copy and paste from the CV drafts I handed in myself and now we are here in March 2022 and there has been no further movement. I am thoroughly disappointed, none of the numbers from the website have been working so far and they do not even respond to emails anymore. This opened my eyes to what ******** is... I feel ****med because I paid and none of the services have been provided. The whole experience has been dreadful and an utter waste of money and time.
