Unacceptable Service

Unacceptable service from Isandla Maintenance and Projects Pty Ltd. In July, they collected a chair from my mom for repair, but it's now been months and we're still waiting for its return. Despite numerous follow-ups, they've ignored our messages and calls. It's November and we're still without the chair. The lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. It's disappointing that a company would take so long to return a customer's property, let alone complete the work.
