UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNT DEBITED

If I could give a zero star I would. I would like to report the service I got from the company, I took a loan from them and had problems making payment. We eventually made agreements with one of the reps for monthly payments. they have know debited 4 amount which was not authorized when i called to query I am told they will not revers the amount. I have been liaising with Refilwe and her manager who rudely told me that they would not rectify the matter.
