Substandard piece of furniture from Isabellina waterfall

Unprofessional, ****pie furniture and arrogant ***** Tge treatment received from the shop is appalling. I ordered a base but when i asked for pictures, I was told, it was wrapped already. I asked what kind of wood was used as i was only shown the picture, but Tebogo- the manufacturer, did not say. When delivery happened, the planks were not wrapped as it was mentioned & it was pressed wood… to my shock. Installed but misaligned… he agreed to come fix but didn’t honor. Came with drill which he didn’t use & promised to come n never did. Judith from Isabellina reckon it’s not their fault even though I paid them & the manufacturer was sent by them. The arrogance, lies, is shocking. …. Never been subjected to such level of incompetence and unprofessionalism.
