You can not have your cake and eat it!
I ordered a Purple Velvet cake from Isabella's Southdowns on Wednesday for collection on Friday 20/3/15 at 10h00. I spoke to Anna more than once to ensure that the cake will be at their shop on time. Come Friday and she informs me at 9h20 that she had made a mistake and never ordered the cake in the first place.I do not have the vocabulary to describe my disappointment.The Manager was not available to convey my feelings to at the time.
