Waited 40 minutes for food

I ordered a Jekyll and Hyde croissant and 25 minutes after ordering the waitress, Katjia told me that my food was going to take a while as they were busy and the kitchen was only starting with my order now. After waiting 40 minutes in total she advised that my food would be ready in 5 minutes. I promptly asked for it to be packed as a takeaway.<br> <br> I would've appreciated being told the waiting time when I ordered my food or at least encouraged or asked if I'd like anything else in the meanwhile which she did offer after I was waiting about 35 minutes.
