Quote at one price charge another

I order two quiches and a carrot cake from Isabella's Durbanville, they quote me R365 for the carrot cake and when I arrive the cake price all of a sudden is R399, I paid and then phone to complaint about it and the owner sort of brush it off as a mistake... I could have got a simi**** carrot cake from Capevelvet Cake company for R265 which is amazing, I wanted to try the cake from Isabella's but with the attitude they got I do not think I would tell anyone to make use of their services.
