Poor service

I had my friends kitchen tea on Saturday at Isabella's....what a disappointment. I had to ask for our welcome drinks, for the champagne, for champagne glasses, for someone to cut the cake, for cake plates and forks etc. I did not receive the cake or the champagne that I ordered a week before via email. Our champagne glasses was packed out in front of us out of a old brown box and the milk for coffee was served in small espresso cups. Cant actually say we had poor service, as we had no service!
