No sense of courtesy

I telephonically ordered a cake on Thursday , the 5th of November from the Manageress for collection on Saturday the 7th. The cake ordered was a rainbow velvet cake for my wife's birthday. I visited the store on Saturday at around 12.15 to collect the cake and was told by one of the staff that the manager was out to do the collection of cakes from the factory. I live in close proximity to the store and informed the employee that I will return later to collect the cake . I returned at 4 pm only to be told by one of the employees that I did not order any cake . I requested the employee to call the manageress but she refused to exit her office .The manageress did not even have the courtesy to explain but rather hid in her office and made her staff face my disappointment .I even tried calling the manageress on the business number which is a cellular number and no one answered. I have always purchased cakes at Isabella's as the staff can actually recall how many times I've frequented the store . The manageress does not know the importance of customer service and have just lost a loyal customer . Attitude stinks....
