Isabella Cakes in Groenkloof

<p>What a F**k up, on the 23 November 2016 I called Isabella ordered a Chocolate Custard Cake for collection on the 25 November 2016 for my husband's BIRTHDAY. I went to Isabella to collect on the 25 November 17:10, I was given a cake thinking it was what I had ordered, got home and compare with what's on their web page. To my surprise I was given a White Chocolate Cake. I let it go...</p> <p> </p> <p>Now, on the 09 December 2016 a colleague of mine drove herself to the very same shop to place an order for collection on the morning of the14 December 2016. She was told that her cake was not there and that her name was scratched out of the register for collection. She was not happy about the way the whole situation was handled, as she was told there is nothing they can do. She explained that we have a function today and the cake was needed, they gave her 3 solutions,:</p> <p> - to go buy somewhere else</p> <p>- to order another cake which will be delivered tomorrow</p> <p>- offered her someone else's cake</p> <p> </p> <p>So, do I dare and recommend Isabella Cakes to anyone else, never will I ever buy cakes from them and their service is unprofessional and they really don't care much about the customers.</p>
