Good cake BAD Service

I ordered and paid for a cake on Tuesday the 26 of January to be collected Saturday the 30 of January went to collect and and found the wrong cake with my name on it the manageress tried to pawn this one off on me and was rather rude about it after refusing I was told that I could collect the next day again after explaining I need MY cake now I was told that I would get a call later that day after driving to go and collect the cake again I found a hostile welcome all in all a very BAD experience shame on you Isabella's
