in August 2020 I received a call from one of your agents who interviewed me about the "eternal wonder collection" if I tested the samples that Isabella Garcia sent and if I wanted to order them. I was also told I was going to receive a hand bag.

I have not received anything and yet the amount of R996.67 was debited from my account. This amount was additionally debited after the monthly R555.46. debit order took place.

Today 01 October 2020 I received an SMS saying my account is in arrears. Please explain???
