Her kind attitude was such a huge help and what a pleasure to deal with an efficient product knowledgeable friendly lady. Once again after 20 years of using this superior range of products with all the perks and gift vouchers they send; has honestly been a beautiful experience and at 67 my skin is really looking so good noone believes my age.
