Forced packages

I recieved a package in r 2018 after a call from them and I paid every month and they have e a tendency of sending you packages that you did not order ,I have recieved any statements also with them ,now they just sent me an SMS that my account is in arrears ,how because I should have finished payiv them ,I have taken anything from them so what am I paying for
