Very disappointed

I used this company for interior consultation, vision boards and furniture pricing and sourcing. They provided the vision boards only and refused to provide the quotes and sourcing. The service was terrible and they refused to follow through with pricing and sourcing and quote on custom items as promised. When I complained saying that as I had been waiting months for prices to come through they said they would not quote me I had purchased a low cost headboard from another supplier I was not the right kind of client they were looking for and refused to quote me on any furniture items. I still paid full price for consultation.

I also ordered a lamp from them and asked to make advanced payment and send pop. Which I did, only then was I told that the lamp was no longer available. It took me over 3 weeks and numerous calls and emails for them to refund my payment.

The owner of the company and the consultant did not apologize or try to make good this situation. The owner said they were closing their Cape Town office and no longer doing business here so they could not help me any further.
