OVERWHELMING CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I bought pieces of couches from Isabelina and after delivery I picked up a defect on the arm rest of the couch. I took photos and sent through to the shop. I got acknowledgement and the feedback that the owner is seeing the factory on the matter. At a later stage a complete new couch was delivered to replace the one that I had. </p> <p> </p> <p>What I found outstanding is that I was never left stranded without the couch and for me this was outstanding. I was never brought in the centre of the problem, Isabelina made it their responsibility to sort it out and not cause me any inconvenience.</p>
