Dishonest person - Lies like a cheap chinese watch

<p>I bought a Kombi from the said person is good faith. The Kombi belonged to her deceased husband and was standing for over a year. The selling price was R20 000 with a monthly down payment of R2000. I paid the first R2000 over to the person. When we wanted to collect the kombi we were told that there was an issue minor issue with the petrol ;pump and that her mechanic is looking at it. a Week later the kombi was still not finished and we were then informed that there were rust spots so she kindly decided to have that removed as well. The week after there were some other mechanical issues and another week later we were informed that a lot of the kombi parts were ****** out by tennants she had on the property and so the list of excuses grew. I finally decided to cancel the buy and she comitted to pay the R2000 back the following Friday, which then became the Tuesday. The Tuesday became another Friday and the Friday became the Monday, and the Monday became another Tuesday. The person has never made any effort to contact me and give me any updates. I have to keep contacting her and most of the times my messages are just ignored.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since decided to press charges for ***** and also take the matter to the small claims court. Do not trust this person!!</p>
