One Step Back

<p>I can't remember the last time I had such disgustingly poor service from a company. I ordered a ladder a week ago and when I called to follow up on when the delivery will be, they said they will find out and call me back... they never call back...</p> <p>When I finally called them again they said it was a problem with assembly, the next day it was a problem with the manufacturer, then load shedding, then assembly again and so it went on day after day... I'm still without the ladder... They were very eager for the business and the payment to be made and proof of payment to be sent but when it comes to delivery they fall short... their motto is ONE STEP AHEAD, they should change it to ONE STEP BACK... </p>
