poor "waterproofing" job

I got a quote for "Waterproofing of Roof".

They came and painted the roof. Twice in one go. According to the responsible person it is a new paint. But the new paint says "2 coats can be app**** in one day" not in 2 hours. So they came again and painted it (as they say a 3rd time). That was end on June. Now end of July, it is raining in again. "well I done my job to waterproof it" he wrote but you need to replace the sheets.

If this is the quality of the company, one can't recommend it. No people must be warned. The problem in SA is the sh*t craftsman's work.
