Non refundable Deposit by ISA Carstens Hostel

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>My Daughter Lene Thiart was in ISA Carstens Hostel and finished her 3rd year at the end of November 2016.</p> <p>A breakage deposit of R750 was due to her. On her last day she and 2 other students slipped there checklists under Magda Bothas door as she was not in the office at the time. One of the mothers, Ilse Oosthuizen witnessed this.</p> <p>The ISA Carstens Finance Dept refuses to pay back the deposit as the claim Lene did not submit the checklist to Magda.</p> <p>This is a fault on there side and they point blank refuse to pay the R750 back.</p>
