I&S Motors ensure you vehicles are roadworthy!!!

I was totally annoyed and shocked today when I parked next to a KIA truck from I&S Motors at Americana Hardware in de Deur. I noticed a man wearing a pink t-shirt battling with the trucks battery. I looked at the overall condition of the vehicle and saw it had a very smooth front left tyre and it looked like the truck was leaking oil. When an elderly African man approached the man in the pink shirt I overheard him asking the man in the pink shirt why they left the yard if the truck is battling to start. I asked him if he was the manager of this I&S Motors business and he rep**** yes. When I pointed out the visible problems of the truck he became verbally abusive! What happens when that wheel bursts, drives into another innocent mother's car who is taking her kids to school? What if everyone does because I&S Motors sends unroadworthy vehicles on the road? A tyre can be replaced but not the dead!!! I wish I knew what that elderly African males name was, because he will have blood on his hands if something happens to the driver or any other road users. He wasn't perturbed about anything I said and also did not want to give his name to me.
