Worst service in my life!!

To say that the service I received today was pathetic at its best would be an understatement. I called your call center to follow up with a payment that was made on Saturday the 5th of January he guys said he will sort everything out for me. I tried calling at quarter to 4 but speaking to someone before your company closes is like waiting for a miracle to happen. I thereafter called you after hours number which was useless to say the very least as the guy who spoke to me kept on saying sorry that he can't access anything to receive my proof of payment as the phone he has is not set up with whatsapp. You guys are trying to see who can be more useless than the next. It is 19:23 and I am stuck without electricity for a whole day because of your ****y online payment system that is absolutely useless to say I am irrate is an understatement!!!
