very bad service

Good day.....on the 31 of may 2019 i called IS metering office where i spoke to Salmune Klopper due to cancellation of their service as i was moving out of the apartment i was renting to. she emailed me a form of cancellation for me to complete and send it back to her, which i did. she said i will get my refund money which i deposited for them to put their service in the apartment within 30days meaning from the day i completed and email the form to her, i did what she requested from me. when i call her she alway say she waiting for confirmation of payment. today she sent me an email saying shes still waiting for proof of payment.
