Unprofessional and revolting service ever!
The most unprofessional utilities company ever! I strongly advise never to move into a place that is under this company! I cancelled my account with them beginning of May and as per the contract, the deposit/ refund would be sent to my account within 30 working days! But no no, its almost 2 months and they keep giving me the run around! How unprofessional!
Even when I was getting electricity or water from them, they would over bill and some electricity units would just go missing.
Moving on, the deductions they have made on my final depost is straight up ******ion! Now they keep delaying to send my money imagine! The most disgusting and unprofessional service I have ever seen. Its as if they have no shame which is the most sad aspect.
