Unfairly treated

I went on maternity leave from September 2020 there was no one occupying my house and everything was switched off but still I had electricity. To my suprise when I come back now in March I find that I cannot buy electricity apparently because my account has been suspended because I had to buy R50 every month. No one has ever told me that.

Now I have to buy a lump some of electricity which I have no money for and on top of that does it mean I have to buy every month???

Help please
