UNFAIR ELECTRICITY TARIFF CHARGES

The electricity tariffs on this company are always manipulated, since it is winter we are experiencing high tariffs than usual even if you not around the house for a couple of days, meaning the geyser is off and only lights and the refrigerator is working but they bill so ridiculously.

and their customer service is terrible, i hate to feel that we as blacks have to deal with ****** and unfairness throughout. this nonsense needs to stop, But the Electricity ombudsman needs to be notified about this manipulations.
