<p>Their service is not prepaid despite their claim to be, as prepaid is supposed to be convenient (with ur own meter that you personally load prepaid power onto and can monitor units as they go, nope, this place you pay into their bank acount and thumbsuck what happens from there) they send vague graphs to portray your electricity and water usage when asked to show why it is so high. When huge amounts disappear they claim the water usage has been deducted and in a month when half of us were on holiday our usage apparently trippled. On one occasion our power went out after 3 hours of paying in R500 and they outright blamed it on our usage thereof and eventually after a huge argument they conceded that it was infact their error, makes you wonder how often that happens unnoticed...The amount of times we have paid in money and still have to sit without power because they dont check emails for notification of payment is ridiculous, oh and might i add they close at 4 and over weekends so if the power goes out at 5 on a Friday you are *****ed for the rest of the weekend. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! For real!
