RIDICULOUS CHARGES

I have just purchased prepaid electricity for R2500... I got electricity to the value of R1 961.42.

What happened to the R538.58?

Please can I have a breakdown of your charges as I find this totally unacceptable.

At the beginning of the month I also bought for R2500 and I got electricity to the value of R 1 825.41....again there was a difference of R674.59.

In just one month you charged me R1213.17 !!!
