Pathetic service provider

If i could give a zero I would do that. This service provider is so pathetic. I bought electricity more than 2 hours ago and they still have not allocated but they say their system has an auto allocate.... I spoke to their unprofessional agent today who refused to give me her name and told me it will be allocated at 3pm. I am sooo sick and tired and I can not wait to leave this place. Stay away from IS metering. They are expensive, but slow and very unprofessional..
