Pathetic excuse of a company

My meter was not accepting my tokens for two days and I called them 5 times all 5 times running out of airtime trying to get one person to explain to me why my meter is not working. My electricity was finished mate in mind all the food I had in the fridge went bad. Noone seemed to care as all the consultants kept transferring me till COB. What a pathetic excuse of a company
