Offline and poor service

For the past two months separate occurrences, Is Metering prepaid buying goes offline. Today I have been attempting to buy Electricity since 14:00pm, even now still cannot go through. Their after hour support is unavailable, all number's.

Unfortunately my kWh units run out. No notification on the system errors no support 😢😭
