No Refund!

They are *******. I have a recording of them when my cousin went to claim my refund which was due 3 weeks ago and they were laughing and not taking her serious. I've been going down the review list and it seems they dont refund people. Im going to open a court case because their business needs to be shut down it's unfortunate our agencies have a signed contract with them! These people are not professional at all, they base their business on word of mouth and not what's signed on paper.
