IS METERING ****MED ME MY DEPOSIT MONEY

Is metering ****med me, a month before I moved out of the flat I was renting, my main switch tripped, and had to call them to come and assist, the lady advised me to go to the main switch, and switch all the plugs off and on again it should be on, i did that and still there was no electricity, they then told me that they will assign the electrician to come and check the switch outside, he did and the matter was resolved, then as i was serving notice, few days before i moved out i received a call from one of the consultant there telling me that they will be deducting R800 from my deposit that needs to be paid to the electrician, i then asked whose fault is it, why should i be liable to pay the electrician, and he did not have answers, i then requested him to tell his bosses to call me because I will not be charged for something which is beyond my control, he said okay, to my surprise the R890 was deducted without my consent, can I request that I get my money back, and they also charged me R136.87 I don't know for what.

Good day,

After further investigation I have discovered, that after you spoke to our consultant and confirmed that the breaker inside was on, a technician was dispatch
The technician confirmed with a photo when he got onsite that the inside breaker was tripped
Thus, the fee for the call out, it was no metering or technical fault, if the breaker inside keeps tripping, it can be that the electricity fault which is more a maintenance fault which our consultant did refer you to your owner/rental agent
We do the management of utilities, if there is an electrical problem the owner needs to send an electrician.

Regards,
